My website hosting cancelled my account by mistake, even after 2 long calls to support and two assurances it wouldn't happen, lost my database and software, £xxx wasted. The main present for my lady turned out to be fake once the packaging was removed, over £100 wasted. Two days ago my freezer died, destroying all my Christmas food and the food for the next month, £100 wasted.
