If the stock in my local PC World is anything to go by they would be downgrades.

lol....I know what you mean, my local store still sells budget video cards for about 4 times as much as you'd pay online.

Might be worth getting a 24-26" monitor from them if they go under though, I saw a nice 24" samsung for under £230 there recently.
