Just sold something on ebay both me and the buyer have 100% positve feedback & my rating is near perfect ie 4.9/ 4.9/ 5.0/ 4.8 but yet ebay & paypal have decided to keep hold of the money until im left feedback.

That it now once i get the money im closing both paypal & ebay account as this what they done is just not right.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. Ebay has been making some REALLY stupid decisions recently.

In your case, I am going to guess that what you sold was something electronic or car based, in which case they feel holding the money is appropriate. Its stupid really..
