When both are sliding in and out, it has nothing to do with skill no matter if either, both or neither hit the wall.

one thing i'm wondering though if the judges will take under investigation the first "pass" by hamilton, he went through the chicane(sp?), let räikkönen back in front like he should but he never really went back to "normal" position behind him like he should have
Hamilton went wide once with Kimi, and actually got back on the track faster. Hamilton went wide a second time to avoid an incident with a recovering Williams, basically he only made one mistake, whereas Kimi went wide and spun by himself at least three times.

Also you could argue Hamilton had the racing line and was in front of Kimi at the last corner and Kimi pushed him onto the exit road so it's debatable whether or not he should have even had to give way to Kimi in the first place. However he did to be safe, then he was tucked right up behind Kimi over the line in his slipstream but clearly in second place, which is all that's required, had Kimi done it I'm sure you'd have been calling it a genius move.

I do feel bad for Kimi though, he's brilliant at Spa and it's a shame he crashed
