From what i know no one has touched the top of the site for awhile now because no one could survive the thin air on top. kinda funny and makes you see just how arrogant these guys are, trying to build something like that without thinking it through thoroughly.

All i can see every time i pass through that building are two empty cranes on top, and i havent heard any progress about it for a long time now.
Think about this: a typical skydiving altitude is 12-14 thousand feet. You don't see those people wearing oxygen masks, do you? That's because you don't need bottled oxygen until you're at a much higher altitude.

Hell, some people climb Mount Everest and don't use bottled oxygen, and that's at 29,000 feet.
