They took all your teeth out at the same time? When I had to have couple of teeth out for braces they did them separately, did one one day and the other another.

Yup all at once, this was back in 1995 or so, no idea if they changed that.

I don't recall them giving me a choice, either way I think it was for the best, I felt no pain, even after the anaesthetic wearing off, I got it done in the afternoon and was eating soft foods for dinner
