Chill out, take a deep breath, realise it's not the end of the world and order your printer from somewhere else.

It's annoying, but this kind of problem isn't exactly uncommon, so I'm surprised you made the effort to complain (a little arrogantly, as mentioned above) and post it on a forum.

You got your money back, so end of story, surely. You could write a strong letter to The Times, but I don't think it will help you.
