Okay its like this. I had this credit card with a $200 limit that was charged off back in April of this year at $611. I settled that for $500, and immediately disputed the delinquency of it on my credit report. On 7/30 I got an email from Experian advising me that the investigation of that account was complete. So I ordered a new credit report from Freecreditreport.com and my credit rating has gone up from my previous 521 to... 9002...

I've ordered credit reports on 7/31 and today, still says 9002. When I apply for things, I get an error message that it can't be processed due to technical difficulty. Anyone know how I could maybe fix this? And if anyone needs a picture and wants to sniff it for photoshopping, I can provide that too.
