Congrats, they are great machines! Install iStat menus to monitor network, temp, memory, cpu usage, etc. It is a great little app and I have it on all of my machines. Also for streaming to your 360, Connect360 is phenomenal, it does cost $20 but it is worth every penny. MediaLink is their application for streaming to the PS3 and I actually prefer it since it loads all your album artwork and you don't get the AC3 transcoding that the 360 does when playing back music. Since you have an iPhone I highly recommend signing up for MobileMe to really take advantage of push. It is fantastic for syncing your phone and your computer from everywhere. On the road and add a contact to your phone? It will push the updated information straight to every machine you have set up with you Me account. For me it is great because I have multiple Macs and it keeps them all synced. You also get 20GB of storage with sub accounts as well. The online interface that you can login to from any machine is superb. That should keep you busy for some time but if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
