Is it possible for anyone to be charged with her death by refusing to help (hospital staff mostly)? I'm no expert on the law, but there must be something like this no?

I seriously hope so , but those people waiting there WTF!? is wrong with them

if someone collapses i would ASAP help out

And that woman at the end acted like she cared , yea right after she died......
