Hey all i have a question. I noticed that my car has been having some bad sound distortions that are very noticeable. For instance if i turn up the sound even a quarter way no matter sound options i put it on my speakers start to "crack up" and they sound bad. Now one may think that my speakers simply cant handle sound at that volume and thats understandable.

But even at a low volume my speakers sometimes "fade out" like the sound goes all the way down and it sounds distorted then maybe 30 seconds later its back to normal as if someone turned down the sound then turned it back up.

I have recently bought new speakers to see if this would solve this problem and it did for a while. But recently this problem has come right back with brand new speakers so i have no clue what it is. I thought it might of been my deck but my cd deck is only from 2001 so its not even that old. That only leads me to beileve that maybe my connections are bad to my speakers.

I installed my new speakers myself but i can't say that i didnt install them right and thats the reason why i get the distortion because this was happening on my old speakers as well. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.
