What are you blathering about now? Your punishment for assaulting someone is a fine. If you don't pay that fine the punishment is going to prison. What do you expect them to do? Say "Don't worry, old chap. Don't pay the fine if you don't want to"? [rolleyes]

I think not paying the goverment there stealth tax's is more of a concern as thats what i'd goto prison for [thumbdown]

It's not a "stealth tax". You committed a crime and you've been issued with a punishment. Deal with it.
