This has to be one of the biggest loads of crap I have ever read on this forum. Driving drunk is intent, and the man is a murderer. People like you who excuse drunk drivers sicken me; I bet if you were one of those bikers, you wouldn't be so kind...[cursing]

My two little cousin's were killed by a drunk driver about 24 years back while walking across a street. They were ages 7 and 9. I rarely drink, (altho I have in excess 4-5 times) and have never been behind a wheel with any alcahol in me in my 39+ years and yet... I still disagree with you. There is a distinction between a drunk driver who causes the death of others and some person who goes out and intentionally kills someone. That's not to say that the penalties shouldnt be similiar just... they have to be viewed differently.
