I'm sorry but blowing a .08 is not alcohol abuse. For some women, that could be a single beer.

I didn't say it was. I was responding to your comment on making alcohol illegal.

Fact is, there are people who do abuse alcohol. I see it all the time since I work for a Probation Office.

And I somehow doubt the guy that hit the bikers would have blown a .08. Maybe after a few hours maybe.
