I don´t want to spend more than 3000 US$.
tbh i think a non motorized inflatable boat would do.
specs:
atleast space for 2 people and fishing gear
payload: min 200kg

Any suggestions ?
I thought this one looks nice

for a 1000 euro you'll buy a boat with trailer and small outboard motor.. Also it has no point with todays exchange rate to look for boats in the USD range.. 3000USD is about 1600 ~1700 euro. [rofl]
