I used this one for a family build over the holidays. It's got silicon mounts for the HDD and the 120mm rear fan is tri-speed switchable. With the fan on low, and using a 4-pin CPU fan (BIOS controlled), the thing is damn near silent unless you put your ear up to it. Stays nice and cool too. It's only running an E2180 (stock) and onboard graphics (nv7050) though.

It's quite small too for an M-ATX tower. It's actually 2-3 inches shallower than most M-ATX cases. You do have to be careful which CD/DVD drive you buy as longer ones may not clear the power supply.
