The keyboard works exceptionally well after about a days or two worth of getting used to it. Although I could see how briefly using it could be frustrating at first.

To the OP, I think they still have the two week return period on the phone for you to try it out if you would like, so you can be the judge yourself. I had no intention of getting one myself originally because of the list Hannoo pasted, that was until I got my hands on one for an hour or two and put it to the test.

Same here. Once I had a little bit of time with one I was sold. Getting one this weekend. I don't like blackberries and Windows Mobile Devices seem to crash way too often. I was kind of fond of the HTC touch, but my brother had one for a week and hated it. He works for Alltel so him saying he hates their "answer to iPhone" is a pretty big deal. A friend of mine had the Tilt, and it was the same thing. He actually liked the device, but it crashed so often that he returned it within a week and is back on his blackberry.
