I personally dont trust online insurance companies, I want to be able see these buggers face to face should I have any problems which is why I use our local insurance broker.
Im sure I could get much cheaper online, but cheaper usually means not as good

An example for my new car - Audi A4 Avant 1.9TDi Quattro SE 6, loaded with Audi factory extra's such as DVD Sat Nav plus, tv, 6-disk auto-changer, colour drivers computer etc and my premium for the year is £600 fully comp with protected no claims. That to me seems a good price, but I am 35 and never had an accident so it should be cheap

oh and no I never hide any details from them nor do I "twist the truth", they will try anything to find a reason not to pay out. To anybody thinking of putting yourselves at still at your parents house.......... are you on the electoral role and if so, at which address? I bet thats the first place most insurers will look for permanent residency, be careful or you could find yourselves not getting paid out
