Looking at that picture from the outside, it looks like ShittyLink may have had problems while lifting it and it ripped the side and they could have dropped it. The side bits really arent sturdy enough to hold all the weight

Edit - so have you already got it replaced and everythings is cool now?
Definately not all down to shittylink although I can imagine they didn't help, I just found the returns label from the last owner on the side and the screen was out of the poly bag and had no covering inside.

Haven't had it replaced yet, I got a nice 400 mile jaunt to stoke on trent tomorrow and I ain't going in happy.
