I just found the returns label from the last owner on the side and the screen was out of the poly bag and had no covering inside.

wow that sucks! But keep hold of that label for proof, if they kick up a stink just ask for your money back. I haven't shopped at OCUK for ages now, I've actually grown to hate them with a passion. eBuyer have yet to slip up and are very competitive.

Talking of CityLink, I had delivery due from them this week. I checked their site and it said it was delivered, I rang them they said it was delivered at suchasuch time but I didn't have it. Few days later I check my voicemails on my home phone and a building materials company on the otherside of my City has called me to notify me that CityLink had accidently given them my parcel and they'd got my number from the delivery note.

How that for service? I had to go pick it up myself.
