Possibly the fact that as a console its crap compared to the 360 and PS3? Once the novelty of flapping your arms around like a looney has worn off it offers nothing.
My friend got one at launch and I dont ever feel the desire to play on it when I go round, and he feels pretty much the same about it too, and he loves games of any kind.

I think that by keeping it in limited supply Nintendo are keeping people interested in it as a large majority in this country always want what doesnt seem to be easily available for some bizarre reason

Its like this every year, parents seem to think "oh look that Wii is like rocking horse s**t, we MUST get one of those!!!" lol

Im not saying I'm right, this is just a little theory of mine
