You should check out SomethingAwful.com, every year they have some members that make totally amazing masks, I mean Hollywood quality masks that they start like four months in advance. I'm sure there are a few massive threads about them now though.

The only thing I found was a dude making a Daft Punk helmet.... I think I'll have to do that next year!
