I was focusing more on the when the chav was like kissing distance with the police, not the bit after he head butted the cop.

In the USA, if a cop gets in your face, you better be the one to step back, right or wrong. If you don't you're going to get your ass handed to you.

So that's what tough guys look like in the UK? haha!
