How do you unlock a CDMA phone?

You just punch in whatever the unlock code is. I did it when I got my RAZR a year ago. Did it with my Nokia when I had T-Mobile as well. Had to switch to verizon when I moved to an area that had no GSM. Not like I'll ever use my phones with another carrier or anything. I just did it because.. well.. because I can. :P
