Yeah but it's not like you can transfer plans/ default phone number because there is no SIM?
I can activate it on another provider's network if I want. I could, if Sprint let me, take my Sprint number and throw it on my Verizon phone and work off Sprint's network. Some carriers won't let you activate an unlocked phone from another provider. The whole cellphone game is bullshit if you ask me. CDMA needs to die and it should be illegal to lock a phone to a specific network. If you're that worried about customers leaving stop sucking so bad.
