The cops came onto his property for what? To tell him to turn his camera off? Why? Why would they come over just to say turn that off, and then call it in?

If you were washing your car, and a cop comes over and says stop, are you going to stop? Why would you stop? Its the same thing. There are rights, and he wasn't braking a right, so how was he being confrontational? The cops were being more confrontational because they were trying to tell him to do something that was not their right to tell him.

Cop: "Its an offense"
Man: "what section is the offense under?"
Cop: *while grabbing for his radio* "I will fallow that up for you"

That right there clearly is stating that they have no idea and are just walking over there trying to be boss. And apparently it wasn't an offense after they walk away..
