Seems like you hate Ebay because you made a mistake?

His auction clearly states UK only.

Post to:United Kingdom Offer it to the next highest bidder, leave feedback for the winner saying something like "Ship to UK only, not USA. Sorry, have a nice day".

Suffer the consequences.

IMO ebay is sound, it's paypal that's the problem.
