Unfortunately there is no legislating for the multitude of idiots that infest ebay.

A while back I listed 10 PC games (individually) on ebay - all sold. On each auction, under the payment section, in BIG letters I put "I accept paypal, but ONLY direct paypal-to-paypal payments. NO PAYPAL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS".

Out of the ten winning bidders, seven of them sent me a paypal credit card payment [rolleyes]
I remember this because I was one of the "seven" and the auction page for the game I won definitely didn't say anything about not accepting Paypal credit card payments mate. Basically you didnt want to pay any fee's to Paypal, but if you advertise Paypal as an accepted payment method you cant suddenly state that you wont accept payment from a credit card via Paypal. Hence to say, your a nice guy, but I sure as hell wont buy anything from you again because I've never had so much hassle spending a whole £2 in my entire life!!!! LOL
