There ya go, scammer all along. I won't take too much pride in this matter though, having douchebags bid on your goods is no laughing matter. I think you have to open the dispute console to lodge a complaint against the member, include the text of the email he sent you.

Are you going to offer the phone to the runner-up bidder?
