It's just an iPad 3 and as I'd pointed out earlier you can't really tell the difference between 'em...other than you're gonna have to buy a new case.

You can change that autocorrect feature in the settings - it used to get the best of me as well, now it's just me getting the best of me.

My wife's got a Droid Razr, I don't think there're more or less free apps other than the App Store possibly just having more apps overall than the Market Place, at least that was my take.

The new retina display is much clearer and sharper than the iPad 2, imo.

It is thinner and lighter with improved battery life, so yes, you will need to get a new case as the case's made for the iPad 2 will not fit.

I know several people who have the Droid smartphones and they all have basically said that most of the Apps for the Droid's are free, but there are more Apps produced for the Apple devices right now, but I imagine the other devices will catch up, probably within a couple of years.
