Deadpool > everyone else
Well, considering that Deadpool is a blatant rip-off of Deathstroke (even this has been addressed, tongue-in-cheek, by Marvel), I'd alter your sentence to say "Deathstroke > everyone else." [xmaslaugh]
isnt deadpool a black guy?
Your thinking of Spawn i think, TBH ive never seen him under the mask so im not sure.
Yeah, Dra6on, you're thinking of Spawn. Deadpool is definitely a horribly scarred Caucasian underneath that mask. [xmaswink]
Though the best ones are those that have great humor in them. That's why I heart Deadpool also...
I just found out about the Great Lakes Avengers. I dig the humor and self-mockery of those characters, but they don't hold a candle to my favorite superhero in terms of humor.

I've no problem with superhero comics. They can be very adult, artistically superb, and excellently written. 52, All Star Superman, and Justice are a few of the recent series I've read that back up my claim.

Speaking of Justice, I posted a few comments about it in another thread:
So, on a comic-related sidenote, I just started reading Justice. Now, keep this in mind, outside of the Justice Society of America covers that Alex Ross has been doing, I've not experienced any of his work. I know Justice and Kingdom Come exist, but that's about it. My Lord... I could look at Alex Ross' panels for hours. The photorealism, the use of natural colors, the story. [xmasshocked] No wonder he's so revered!
