I just finished sorting out a torturous month-long fiasco with them where my download speeds would dip to 56k. I swear they have Indian call centres just to deter people from complaining. You just go in circles as neither can understand what the others saying, and they always have to go through the same routine every ****ing time you phone. And I'm in a 18 ****ing month contract with the bastards.

God I hate BT.

Edit- Also the only way it finally worked out was their automated connection thing eventually uncapped my connection, returning it to normal speed. Whoever I talked to insisted there was nothing they could do to change it. So looks like I'm ****ed with this too, and just have to wait it out.
