Ya, but unlocked it's like $750 USD and I'm still not sure if AT&T would be real happy with me using it if I ever need anything from them, they'll probably always blame the phone first.

I had no problems when i used my unlocked Blue Angle (PDA Phone, older) on their network. They may try blaming the phone, but you are within your right to use other phones on their network, as long as you have a valid SIM.
