3200mg of Ibuprofen is the MAX daily limit before it starts doing serious damage to your stomach. i.e. stomach ulcers.

If I've got it pretty bad, I take usually between 1200mg-1600mg.

And to me, it sounds like sciatic nerve pinching.

Yeah, that's what my dad said.

Anyway, 3200mg? That's *way* higher than the max dosage listed on the bottle.
