Yeah, his was that bad. Still, both of my jobs require me to do a lot of squatting, stretching, and I'm constantly on my feet. I can walk, but I'm really slow.

Would it be good to take time off and rest it or keep at it and hope the deep knee bends will help?
It should be checked by a doc. They will do an MRI to determine what is causing it. Mine is from degenerative disc disease. If you are able to work, I wouldn't take off. If it gets bad you will lose even more time.
