I quit about 6 years ago now. Didn't use any patches or any of that crap, i just stopped. It was hard for the first few weeks, especially when you're sitting in the pub with a few mates and they are all offering you a fag and blowing smoke in your direction to wind you up [cursing]

I was only 19 but was smoking 20-30 a day and i was a nervous wreck if i tried to talk to anyone without smoking a fag. That's when i knew i had to stop!
