Seriously though, Dibrom, what did/have you done?

Turns out this isn't the first time the city has done this. The neighbor's tree, which has been tearing up my driveway for the last decade, was planted by the city. Seeing as how the city never cleans/trims it, I doubt they'll take any responsibility for this one. BUT one the plus side, the city said if the tree tears up the sidewalk, they'll take care of it. SO I'm going to try and get them to repair my driveway

. I was looking into it earlier this year and it would have cost me ~$4000.

If the city repairs my driveway I'm keeping the tree. If not, I'll just cut it down. I don't think they're efficient enough to notice.
