Credit Note
If a company issues you a credit note - that just means they're keeping your money, but you can have goods or service from them untill that credit is nil and then payment returns to normal? I suck at finance, bores the **** outa me.
If this is true, then 1and1 are the biggest cocks ever.
I get a email saying please pay £35 to renew your hosting. I call them to cancel, which all goes through as I haven't used 1and1.co.uk for ages (wanted more money for an sql database, so went else where.). They then took the £35 out of my account, after complaining they have issued me with a credit note.
What the **** would I want a credit note for if I have cancelled my contract with them. Are they stupid? Am I stupid? (don't answer, we all know the answer).
