well aparently he doesnt have to because when he recieves his ticket hes gonna send it back to the magistrates unsigned and aparently if you do that they throw it out of court.. aparently but sometimes the police will turn up at your door and make you sign it if they are really going for blood.

but ive never been done for speeding so I never really want to find out if its true
