How is it blantly racist? All he said was black rapper...

Would anyone make a fuss if he said white rapper?

How exactly did it add anything positive to the title? Did you get more information out of it (besides reasuring some racial prejudice that one might have)?

Obviously some people are offended by it (I can see why), and no one gains anything from having a title like that, so why do you defend it?
