This is becuase there is food around and its warmer for the young to survive etc. Its animals instinct to have young at this time.

My question is, do humans (as the animals/mammals we are) get more friskier around spring, and we date/get girlfriends more around this time as it's our instint, or have we evolved so (in technology too) much that whatever the season, we do as we please?
