I'm guessing it will be the same as currently in Champcars in the States. Everybody will have to drive atleast once with each tyre compound. So everybody will be on the same boat as far as using the tyres. Some cars might work better with the harder tyres but will have to drive with the softer tyres in the race anyway for 1 stint and vice versa. Softer tyres are supposed to be faster so a team might opt to use soft tyres for a stint in the middle of the race to get by their opposition.

This add one more variable into the race which will make it more intresting, because francly it can't get much more boring can it? [surrender]
