Thanks to the growing middle class and wealth in Russia, everyone wants a car. The streets have been packed before but now they have literally exploded with cars. Also the fact that almost no one uses seatbelts (cause apparently it's a gay thing to do) doesn't help either.

I'm guessing there is no such thing as a driving test over there either? Or if there is one, it is readily availble if you hand over a few Rubles at your 'test'.
