Worst driving I've seen with my own eyes is in Thailand. As you say, its not so much bad driving, just general recklessness, and absolutely no foresight when driving. Its like their responsibility ends at the windshield.

I don't think there are many places in the world you'd see a family of 5, along with a microwave, all sat on a scooter going down a main road at 40mph.
