The Patriots did get accused of cheating, Belichick called neglecting the NFL's bylaws (video taping of any game) as a "mistake" (a nice little play on words if there ever was one) as well as "it never happened, it's absurd." What's true though, is that the Patriots haven't won a Superbowl since Spygate...
