I use to go to the Pier when i was younger, hey if you want Wigan Pier 56 send me a pm.

Thanks for the offer but I'm currently *buying* it at the moment ... lol.

If it fails/falls through I'll give u a shout, got Clubland 10 the other day and it wasnt that good only about 5 decent tunes on it.
