Old PC's can still be fairly useful if you add ram and a decent hard drive to them. If you can get that thing up to 256mb ram and a 7200rpm drive, you'd be surprised at how much you can still do on something that old. I would recommend Installing Win2000 if you can get your hands on it. Win98se would work, but it's not anywhere near as stable.
