Returning a phone, supplying a bottle of wine, at your expense as a goodwill gesture = Not stalking.

She has no grounds for a restraining order, and also you have to be "served" a restraining order, the restraining order is a civil document which has to be signed by a judge, the police have nothing to do with it unless you break the restrining order.

Something is not ringing true here.....

That's what I thought, the info I can find says the same, but yet the police want me to go down to the station? I was at work when they called, so naturally I didn't want a long conversation and didn't ask questions. I sincerely hope it's a wind up from my mates, but unfortunatly I don't think it is.
