Default Stupid job application...
So i have a year in industry next year, and have to fill out loads of application forms....

Most companies are looking for a "team player", not just a solo hero... So i need to show team-man-ship (is that even a word?!)

And the one question which keeps on popping up is this one....

Why do you think you should be considered for a place on this years programme? Please explain your answer

This is what ive come up with so far...

Its goes as a popular phrase, “There is no “I” in TEAM”, which is why success grows in numbers.
As a previous Assistant Manager, I have followed by this phrase and believe this make or breaks a deal. I can bring motivation, leadership and creative ideas into the program from experience in previous employment.

Any advice on making it sound better? Any input, no matter how small could help
