I take it your a student on a years placement? If so, I'd take out the bit about "leadership", you have to learn about the business before you can start talking about leadership and motivation. I think putting that in will serve no purpose but to wind somebody up

True that - if its for a student placement, then talk up the team-player bit, and don't mention leadership, unless they have specifically asked for it in their application.
